This website is operated by MA & PA APPAREL. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MA & PA APPAREL. By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on our store.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may use our store only for lawful purposes. You may not use our products, website, or services in violation of applicable laws or the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights.
2. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
MA & PA APPAREL primarily offers products produced after an order is placed. Product availability, colors, sizing, materials, production methods, and other specifications may vary where disclosed on the applicable product page.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing, printing, materials, and other production factors.
We may modify or discontinue products and change prices at any time. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, product availability, or violations of these Terms.
Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are made to order and fulfilled through our production and shipping partners. Production and delivery times may vary.
Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery information are provided at checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional information concerning shipping is provided in our Shipping Policy.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other buyer preference.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact MA & PA APPAREL within 14 days of delivery with your order information and clear photographs showing the problem. Eligible claims will be reviewed for a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Do not return a product to MA & PA APPAREL, a manufacturer, or fulfillment provider unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the MA & PA APPAREL name, original artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, written content, logos, branding, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to MA & PA APPAREL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or use our protected content without permission except where permitted by law.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use third-party companies to operate our store and provide services, including Shopify and production and fulfillment partners such as Printify and applicable production, payment, and shipping providers.
These third parties may process information or perform services necessary to complete transactions and fulfill orders. Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.

9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, shipping information, and other store information. Errors may occasionally occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MA & PA APPAREL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
